On 10 [probably not actually] Essential Things.

Have you guys seen these Top 10 Essentials videos that GQ has on Youtube (this one features Nate Berkus, who mentions Momastery's new book!)? Some of them are pretty funny and clever.

So I decided to make up my own list of my Top 10 Essentials! That way I could share some of my favorite products with you all! These might not be actually essential to survive, but they sure do make life more fun.

1. My husband. Actually, I'm not sharing him. He is all mine! He isn't a product, obviously, but he is essential in my life! How could I live without that face?!?!
Adam getting eaten by a giant metal lobster on our honeymoon.
2. My iPhone. This is an essential because it has Feedly (so I can read all my blogs), it has the Bible, it has texting, it has the internet, it has Candy Crush, it has Pinterest, it has Duolingo, it has Google Maps, and all the other Apps I could ever want or need.

3. Burberry Brit. For my 16th birthday, my parents let me pick out a signature scent to wear. We went to a bunch of stores and sniffed until our noses burned. Since then, I've been a Burberry Brit girl. Plus, who wouldn't LOVE the plaid packaging!

4. Pink Grapefruit Foaming Scrub. This face wash was introduced to me by a friend about three years ago. She told me it felt like your face was being kissed by an angel, and I don't know a better way to describe it.

5. Emani makeup. This is a newcomer to my essentials. My first experience with Emani makeup was at my wedding, but I fell in love and I fell hard. It costs way more than I can emotionally handle, but it works so well and is so good for my skin. I give myself a pep talk before I buy it, and then make it last as long as possible. Plus, it's vegan and gluten-free and doesn't have all the chemicals that are bad for your skin!

6. Hunter Rainboots. You all know I have a thing for rainboots, but these ones are super special. Adam got them for me for our first Christmas (last year), and I absolutely ADORE them. Since living on the coast I've started wearing them to the beach, because I'm that weird person who doesn't like the feeling of sand on their toes. Also, it's Oregon...so they keep my feet warm and dry!

7. Cheap Sunglasses from Target. I always always ALWAYS break sunglasses (usually by sitting on, stepping on, or biting them), so I can't justify spending a lot of money on them. Target always has tons of cute styles for super cheap so whenever I break a pair, I replace them there.

My mom requested a picture of me in my tennis skirt after
I mentioned playing tennis last week. So, here it is!
I am also rocking some sweet shades from Target to complete the look.
8. Baby Lips by Maybelline. I have a little bit of a lipstick phobia, so Baby Lips are perfect for me. They are like lip gloss and chapstick got married, with a hint of color and a delicious scent. They aren't sticky, and they make your lips SUPER soft. My favorite is Cherry Me (the one on the right).

9. Library Card. I adore books, but can't afford to buy ALL THE BOOKS. Luckily, I live two blocks from the library; it is a FINE-LESS library at that! Also, my library card was the first thing (other than my marriage license) that has my new last name on it!

All the books I currently have checked out.
10. Sugar-free Hazelnut CoffeeMate. Adam makes me coffee every single morning, which we always drink with this coffee creamer. It is flavorful, but not too sweet, and SOMETIMES it is even on sale!
